Kassia Meador Indigo Dip Dye
Kassia Meador's design features a bold blue dip-dye effect. "The way we dip-dyed it for me was about perspective, like what you can see and what's underneath. Often times water may look clean though it's not what we can see that is the problem with it."

Kassia Meador is a professional longboard surfer living in Southern California. Kassia grew up in the valley, surrounded by concrete with a dream of living at the beach and being close to the water. Her dreams became a reality when she moved to the west side and became a professional longbarder working with companies like Roxy and Quicksilver. It was during her years at Quicksilver that she met Jon Rose. Seeing how the organization has grown over the years and how many people it has helped inspired her to get involved.
"Leaving the world a better place then you found it is what it's all about. Water has been the biggest part of my life and it's really important to help bring that to other people."
Traveling the world as a surfer and photographer, Kassia has seen first hand the beauty and tragedy surrounding all of us and has a strong desire to help wherever she feels she can. "Creating things like this give other people an opportunity to get involved in whatever ways they can. I am really excited about the future because what Waves For Water is doing is giving people an opportunity to take their lives back."
